Get known for what you know

Build the right book. Finish it. Publish it. Put it to work.

I help experts identify the book worth writing, then turn what they know into a nonfiction book that builds authority, opens doors, and supports their business from the first idea through publication and beyond.

Your expertise deserves a book with a job to do.

Why this work exists

The work should fit the human.
Not the other way around.

I spent years trying to force my brain into systems designed for somebody else. Writing was supposed to happen quietly and linearly. Business was supposed to follow a formula. Technology was something I was expected to accommodate.

Then I began speaking my ideas aloud, using AI as a thinking partner, and redesigning the process around how I create. The bottleneck started to disappear.

That belief now shapes every book I help build: find the thread, preserve the human voice, and create a process the author can finish.

Wherever you are in the process

Your book needs more than writing.

You may be starting with fourteen ideas or holding a finished manuscript that still needs a job to do. Leslie helps you enter where you are and move the book toward where it needs to go.

01 · CLARIFY

The right book

Find the thread connecting your expertise, story, reader, and business goals.

02 · CREATE

The finished book

Shape, write, speak, edit, or strengthen the manuscript without losing your voice.

03 · POSITION

The positioned book

Publish, package, and launch the book so the right readers can find and understand it.

04 · ACTIVATE

The working book

Use the book to create authority, conversations, clients, stages, and opportunities.

Before working with Leslie, I was very up in the air about what my book was. I had stories, but I didn’t know how to tell or organize them. Leslie listened to all the different ideas that came out of my mouth and pulled them back together for me. Now we have a path, we know who I’m talking to, and we know the message goes beyond simply telling my story.

Why Leslie

Practical strategy. Human voice. No publishing fog.

I’ve built businesses, owned a ranch, guided sea-kayak tours in Alaska, fixed windmills, and learned entrepreneurship far beyond the polished highlight reel. Those experiences taught me how to find the throughline, cut through the noise, and turn a lifetime of hard-won knowledge into something other people can use. I bring that same real-world practicality to books.

“The most helpful thing was figuring out who the reader is. Now I have a focus, and I can keep that person front and center as I move through the book.” Shayne
